  JW facebook page growing fast, and already outing troublemakers......

  interesting place to lurk and in just a few days there are 180 members....i quickly noticed there are very many posts raising questions elders hate to be asked...like why is there a no face hair rule except for mustache?.....and many others...like wedding rings are pagan...but due to nobody feeling that way now...why is that rule not applied to everything else like it...and on and on from many who have posted...... and they ususally want to know if there are biblical reasons for the rule or teaching!!!

  !......this thing will not last long........oompa.

  oh and if you join...the guys running it send pms to you listing the "trouble makers" found on the site....not sure if they can be kicked out without violating the rules like cussing and porn posting.......i just wonder how many tough questions they will let be discussed..... .

  After two-year court battle, my dad was FINALLY removed as Trustee of our family trusts

  just thought i'd update those of you who have been following our court case in western oklahoma.

  my lawyers called today and they had received a fax from the judge stating that my dad will immediately be removed as trustee of our family trusts.

  the jw's around here will have to find some other rich old soul to sponge off of as of today.

  Just thought I'd update those of you who have been following our court case in Western Oklahoma. My lawyers called today and they had received a fax from the judge stating that my dad will immediately be removed as trustee of our family trusts. The JW's around here will have to find some other rich old soul to sponge off of as of today. You can bet your boots all the JW employees that have been so lovingly "helping out" with my dad will have to find employment elsewhere. We will be hiring some COMPETENT people to help take care of him from here on out. Just wanted to update everyone! Have a great rest of the week!!! We sure will!

  I've got pneumonia

  after a week-long battle of what i thought was a bad case of upper respiratory infection, i decided to get checked out by my doctor.

  after a chest x-ray, it's confirmed that i have pneumonia.

  i feel horrible.

  here is what i have come up with.. you can live forever in paradise states, faithful jw will have to clean up the mess after the big a. this means.

  they will have the privilage of cleaning up the earth.

  I've got you all beat on this one! My dad "listens in" via a speaker-phone to the meetings. One night when I found out that a nurse was setting with my dad, my husband and I went out to visit my dad while the meeting was going on. The conversation between my dad (who has Alzheimer's) and my husband went like this:

  Dad: I am backed up and need to poop.

  Husband: Drink you some prune juice. That will turn you loose!

  Dad: Yeah, I'll bet that would work.

  Husband: Yeah, and a little coffee might work for you, too.

  Dad: Man, I sure do need to go. My old belly is hurting.

  This conversation went on and on for a few minutes. Anyway, I got a call from my dad's wife the next day asking me not to come out on meeting nights to which I told her I'd come anytime I felt like it. Well, she now has to stay home and listen with my dad (and keep us out) so we can't come out and interrupt the meetings. I am pretty sure the Circus Overseer was at the meeting that night as well. Don't you know she was a little embarrassed??? I thought it was pretty funny myself.

  I was told to contact the local Sheriff's department if they do come to visit and possibly a restraining order could be issued. What would happen if the JW's had no one to contact? Just a thought I had and was wondering if anyone else had ever suggested anything like this and if so, what the results were. Thanks and Happy New Year!!

  Letters to the Editor

  has anyone on here used the method of sending a letter to the editor of their local paper, either exposing some of the wt's general misdeeds ie: child abuse, shunning, etc.

  or something perpetrated on them personally?

  if so, has anyone sent one to the fort worth star-telegram?

  Do you think they would really print it? I have taken out some paid ads (especially around the time of their recruiting efforts around Easter) in our local newspapers but I highly doubt if the newspapers in my small town would print anything against a "religion" as in a letter to the editor, I don't know that for a fact, but that is just what I think.

  I was locked out of my dad's house AGAIN tonight!

  tonight, monday, november 10, 2008, i went out to see my dad ([name and city edited for privacy reasons]) about 7:15 p.m. i saw his wife standing at the kitchen sink when i pulled in, and i pulled around back as i always do.

  by the time i got out of my car, she had turned the lights off in the kitchen and went into my dad's bedroom.

  i rang and rang the doorbell but she (rose ann andris powell) would not come unlock the door.

  To Snoozy.....

  My dad's wife has plenty of help, but all hired-JW help. There is no way she would consider letting us take care of our dad as we are all "apostates." Before we filed a lawsuit to have my dad removed as trustee of our family trusts (when the JW's were trying to build a new hall on our family farm,) she would let us know occasionally if she were going to go out of town and we would be allowed to take care of him. But now, the only people allowed to sit with him are JW's, and they are all paid well. Trust me, she still gets her hours in "out in the service," as well as her trips to her daughter's and son's homes, who both live out of state.

  And, yes, my dad does have diabetes. But from everything I've read, a diabetic should have several small meals a day, perhaps as many as six a day, as well as snacks. He only gets two big meals a day...one about 11 a.m. and the other about 7 p,m, He is always hungry and has always had a very big appetite. And, a few months back he was sick and throwing up and she gave him vinegar water to drink. Now how would that be on an empty stomach? I am very healthy and don't think I could've drank it, but he did. He even stated in his deposition that he does not know the medication he is taking and "if she poisons me, I'm just gone," or something to that effect. I do have the whole transcripts of both of their depositions and it is unbelievable!

  No, this evil woman does not deserve a break. She has everything I dish out coming to her and then some. She has totally destroyed my dad and he will hardly even answer a question without asking her about it first. It is the most pitiful thing I have ever seen in my life. He was once a very good dad but since he has joined the JW cult, he has done nothing but spiral downhill fast....like a snowball headed to Hell. Please, please keep him in your prayers. He needs to wake up and have the scales removed from his eyes! Bless you!
